Sarah's first day of 3rd grade. Her teacher was Mrs. Trelow and she LOVED her! Her best friend was Rachael Dziaba, her favorite color is purple, still loves horseback riding and had lessons with Royale Ranch. After school and homework she loved to play with Cathy and had so much fun on the trampoline. Favorite games include Zelda, Minecraft and Legos. She excelled at spelling, reading and math. Sarah was a steady positive influence on those around her and she had one of her best years yet!
Sophie's first day of Kindergarten (sniff, sniff) was an equally fun year. She started school with Mrs. Snedecker but because of class sizes, was switched to Mrs. Robitaille's class. We were sad about the change in her class, but they just clicked and Sophie had a great experience. She played with Maddie Best, Nora Bishop, Miranda Helms, Sadie Mueller and Sarella Osborne. Her favorite color is purple and had a great time with gymnastics at our local YMCA. Sophie never had a bad report from anyone and brought a lot of energy with her wherever she went.
I got a call from the Vice Principal, Mr Rudy about 3 months into the school year complementing me on our kiddos. He was so impressed, in fact, that he called to personally let me know how all the staff was thrilled with our girls. Don't hear that everyday. Needless to say the girls thrived at Moye Elementary and we could not be more proud of the little ladies they are becoming. They enjoy a great reputation for their academic gains but also, and more importantly, for their quality character.
Sarah was awarded the Shining Star award given to those students who had an A average in all subjects for the entire year!
She's kind of a big deal!
Officially on Summer Break!!
No more school, no more books,
No more teacher's dirty looks!
