Sarah's trip to the OR

So Sarah has had fluid build up in her ears for months and after going through the process of referrals, it was time to put tubes in and take the adenoid out. Anatomy lesson: 2 tonsils, 1 adenoid, I didn't know that. The adenoid was unusually large so they took that out and that helped unplug the Eustachian tube. She giggled with the anesthesia and did not appreciate waking up, but other than that, she's recovered like a champ and is back in school. She is surprised at the things she can hear again and I only have to say things once for her to hear me. YEAH!!
